Brezovica Hotel & SPA has two conference rooms: “Kadare” and “Butrint”, and a private dining room which can also be used as a conference room – “VIP Room”. Conference halls provide the perfect environment for private meetings, business meetings, special events, where we guarantee attention and zeal to every detail.
Both halls are equipped with the latest technology, with the most advanced and latest lighting and sound. It’s technical equipment’s include: LCD projector; Screen Free; Sound system; Sound system with cordless microphone; Wi-Fi connection; Flip Chart /Marker; White Board/Board Marker; Lectern. Our business rooms allow you to relax with the marvelous view of Sharri Mountain while working.

KADARE CONFERENCE ROOM
Kadare conference room has a capacity of 130.53 square meters, with a length of 18.18 meters and width of 7.18 meters, and ceiling height of 2.70 meters. Its interior includes a combination of ceramic and wood with carpet floor. This conference room can accommodate up to 45 people in boardroom style.

BUTRINT CONFERENCE ROOM
Butring conference room can be arranged according to your needs. It has high flexibility to change the layout of sitting in meeting room, classroom, theater style and workshop. With a capacity of 113.30 square meters, a length of 15.52 meters and width of 7.30 meters, and ceiling height of 2.70 meters, Butrint is ready to accommodate you in any style that fits your organization needs. This conference room can accommodate up to 38 people in boardroom style, 34 people in U-shaped, 65 people in theater style and 48 people in classroom style.

VIP ROOM
​The VIP ROOM is a two – multifunctional area which can be used as a private dining room and a conference room. The quality of the private dining room allows you to celebrate the success of your meetings with tasty food and some fine coffee or any beverages.
The private dining room is rich with a variety of food and beverage menus, table setting and environment decorated according to customer preferences. The VIP room has a capacity of 51.09-meter square, with a length of 7.34 meters, width of 6.96 meters with high ceiling of 2.70 meters and access to a balcony facing Sharri mountains and the drainage basin of the Lepenc River. VIP Room set up on a conference style can accommodate up to 12 people on boardroom style and 16 people on a U-shaped style
